The Fully Comprehensive Company Credit Report – available for just £5.45 – includes an area dedicated to (amongst various other things) the company ‘Group Structure’. In this post we shall look at what the Group Structure is and show you exactly what it looks like from an open report.
What is a Group Structure?
The Group Structure shows the ownership of different companies when they hold shares in each other. For example, if Company 1 held shares in Company 2 ,Company 2 would appear in Company 1’s Group Structure. The date of the company’s last set of accounts are shown too.
Here’s what Group Structure looks like in a Company Credit Report
Each of the company names are clickable which when clicked take you through to that company’s Company Search MadeSimple area. Here you’ll find more information and the option to purchase a report on that company – therefore allowing you to see the bigger picture.
