What information is included in the Event History?

Our standard credit and fully comprehensive company reports include a limited company’s “Event History”. This is a series of dates that details significant events in a company’s lifetime. The exact information included depends on the company but the event history would normally include a series of dates and then a short description of what happened on that date. If the event were an appointment or resignation the description would name the individual involved.
