When you complete a company search with us we will provide you with the company status (amongst other things). Here is a quick breakdown of these statuses and what they mean:
• Company is dissolved
The company has been dissolved but reports on it can still be bought.
• In Liquidation
A closing company whose assets are being redistributed.
• Financial Statements too old
The company has overdue accounts.
• Non trading
A currently dormant company that has filed a minimum of one set of accounts.
• Active – Newly Incorporated
A newly formed company. Information on the company will be brief as little will have been filed.
• Active – Accounts Filed
A trading company that has filed a minimum of one set of accounts.
• Director not appointed
No Director Appointment within the company
