The Accounts in the Company Report I have purchased appear to be out of date

out of date accountsAnnual accounts are filed in arrears to the period that they are supposed to cover. Therefore it often seems as though the accounts in our company reports are out of date when in fact they are up to date. If the accounts are very out of date this is simply because the company has not yet filed the required accounts.
