Our company report information is updated daily. If your company credit report displays an old credit rating date this is simply because the rating has not changed since that date.

When you purchase company documents with us (it’s easy; search for your company and then wait for a list of documents to load on the results page, then pick the one/s you want) we will deliver the documents straight to the “My Documents” area of your account. We will not email them, however you are welcome to save the documents to your computer and do with them as you wish.

If a limited company has filed an annual return (AR01) with Companies House, we can provide you with a copy for just £2.50. The annual return contains the following information:

• Company Name
• Number
• SIC Code
• Registered Office Address
• Director Name, Address, Date of Birth, Nationality and Occupation
• Statement of Capital
• Shareholder Name and Number of Shares Held

The vast majority of the base information (co. name, number, registered office, status, sic code & stat dates) in our company reports is taken directly from Companies House, specifically from the incorporation documents and annual returns. Information such as the trading address and the telephone number is taken from various business directories.

Our Fully Comprehensive company credit reports include company share information… if a company has filed an annual return. If an annual return has not yet been filed the shareholding section of the report will be blank. Share information is then updated whenever a new return is filed (a new report will need to be purchased to see the new share situation).
