How to buy Company Credit Reports with Credit

If you have one of our Subscription Packages we will add a number of credits to your account that must be used within a set period of time. As well as being able to offer fantastic savings on our company credit report services, having a Subscription Package also speeds up the payment process as you do not need to enter any card details when purchasing reports.

Here’s how to redeem your credits if you already have a Subscription Package (remember, one credit equals one service):

1. Search for the relevant company.

2. Select ‘View Details’ next to the correct company.

3. Choose the service you would like and ‘Add to Basket’.

4. Login.

5. The report or document will automatically be added to your account and a credit will be removed from your account.

6. The amount of credit you have left will be displayed on the right of the screen when logged in.
