Good question. A Company Tracker is a means of tracking the activity of a limited company. This works the following way; when you set up a Company Tracker we’ll email you whenever your tracked company files a document of significance. We’ll let you know:

• When an officer change (appointment, resignation or amendment) takes place
• When an annual return has been filed
• When annual accounts have been filed
• If new shares have been added to the company
• If the company is dissolved
