If you’ve bought a company report but there’s no shareholder information it’s for one of the following two reasons:

• The company has not filed an Annual Return yet

• You have either our Snapshot Report or Standard Credit Report – Only the Fully Comprehensive Report includes Shareholder information

Remember, you can view basic shareholder information by buying the Incorporation Documents.

If you are completing a search on a director but are having problems locating the director on our system, we do provide an Advanced Search facility.

Just click the “Advanced Search+” option when searching for the director; this will bring up the following extra (optional) fields:

• Unique director report number
• DOB (Date of birth)
