You can toggle through your documents so that they’re viewed either alphabetically or by the date that you purchased the document. To do this simply click on the arrows next to “Document Name” and “Created”.

If you have set up a company tracker we will email you whenever your tracked company files a document at Companies House. This allows you to closely monitor any changes that are being made to the company.

As well as us emailing you when a change has been made, you can also login to your account and view the last change made. To do this:

•    Login
•    Select “My Company Tracker”
•    Choose the relevant company
•    “Last Change Details” will show the last change made by the company

Company reports bought with us are kept in in your account for 12 months. They are then removed. This is because report information becomes out-dated. Once removed we recommend buying a new report with up to date information.

Company documents, on the other hand, are never removed from your account. This is because documents do not go out of date.

If the balance sheet on a company report says “Analysed – Non balancing”, it means that the balance sheet does not balance correctly, therefore we are unable to provide a credit rating.
