This information is provided in our Fully Comprehensive company report (available for £5.45) and can be found in the “Group Structure” tab once the report has been purchased. Please note that if there is no group structure in a company this area of the report will be blank.

You’ll then be presented with a list of what has been filed (including company accounts online) along with the option to purchase any of these filed documents.

If a company has filed a document with Companies House we can provide a copy of it. One such document is the Appointment of Director (AP01) form. This document provides the following information regarding the appointment of a director:

• Date the document was filed
• Date the document was accepted
• Director’s name
• Director’s service address
• Director’s date of birth
• Director’s nationality

Documents can be purchased by searching for a limited company from our homepage and then selecting the relevant company, available documents will be listed at the bottom of the page.

County Court Judgement (CCJ) records are kept on our company reports for 6 years, after this period the CCJ information is removed.
