Because we don’t want company reports to contain outdated information we give them an expiry date. Company credit reports and director reports last for one year from the date of purchase; they are then removed from the account holder’s account. Expiry dates can be found in the “Expires” column when in the “My Company Reports” and “My Director Reports” area.

If you purchase company credit reports with us you may notice that the “Turnover” in the “Accounts” area is sometimes zero, even if you know that the company has been trading. This is because of a “Disclosure Threshold” whereby *small companies do not have to file turnover or detailed profit and loss accounts with Companies House.
