A “possible” CCJ (County Court Judgement) means that a CCJ matches with either the company name or address but not both. These do not impact upon a company’s credit score and only appear in our company reports (Standard Credit and Fully Comprehensive) for informational purposes.

It’s common for a company’s credit rating to change, often for the worse, as the due date for annual accounts approaches. This is because companies that file annual accounts late, or file them right before the due date, are thought to be more likely to fail than companies that keep completely up to date. The Standard Credit and Fully Comprehensive credit reports include CCJ (County Court Judgement) information. The CCJ section of these reports may show the following statuses; SS and JG. These mean:
• SS: Satisfied (Paid)
• JG: The CCJ is still an active judgement
