Purchasing a Copy of a Company’s Annual Accounts

If a company has filed annual accounts, our company report for that company will contain some account information. The degree of information included within the report depends upon the report purchased (for further information on what is and isn’t included in each report take a look at our ‘Compare Reports’ page).

But purchasing a company report isn’t the only way to get account information…

We can also provide full copies of annual accounts for £2.50 plus VAT. To purchase a copy of a company’s annual accounts:

• Enter the company name in the company search box on our homepage.
• Select the correct company from the results page.
• A list of documents will load on the following page under the ‘Company Documents’ tab. Annual accounts are abbreviated on the list as ‘AA’.
• Select ‘Add to Basket’ next to the document you would like and then complete the payment process.
• The document will then appear in the ‘My Documents’ area of your account.

Copies of the accounts are normally available to purchase a few days after they have been accepted by Companies House, however this period can sometimes extend to a couple of weeks.
